Ordering with our online shopping cart is safe and secure. Where are products manufactured?
We manufacture our game pieces in the United States and have been making board game components since 1980. Dice are imported.
Sales Tax
Sales tax of will be applied to any order shipped within the state of Indiana.
International Orders
We utilize US Postal Service for shipping of all orders within the USA and to Canada. We will do our best to find a suitable method to ship your order to other international destinations. You can call us or fill your shopping cart and your order will automatically be referred to our office to complete processing. Please be aware that duty and taxes may be payable upon receipt for orders shipped outside of the USA. For orders to Canada, there may be UPS Brokerage fees. Any of these additional fees are the responsibility of the receiver.
Most of our orders our shipped via the US Postal Service. For larger orders, we utilize UPS or FedEx.

For orders over $500.00, we will contact you for the best shipping price available.
Refused or Undeliverable Package Policy
Please make sure that you provide a complete shipping address that includes any suite or apartment number. Any package that is undeliverable or refused will incur return shipping charges.
Order fulfillment, modification, cancelation
Our goal is to ship your order as promptly as possible, usually within one to two business days. Please allow five business days for shipment to arrive. It is not possible to make any order modifications or cancellations after your order has shipped.
Return Policy
Please contact us if you ever encounter a problem with products and we will do our best to resolve whatever issue you may have. Any return must be accompanied by a Return Material Authorization (RMA). Call or email us for this form within 30 days of your purchase and then please follow the instructions on the RMA.

Returns of non-defective merchandise are subject to a 25% restocking fee. A credit or refund will be issued in the appropriate amount once we have inspected the returned merchandise. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and Rolco Games, Inc. is not responsible for return shipping fees. We will pay for return shipping if the return is a result of our error.

Custom game components or custom bagged components cannot be returned nor exchanged.
